Phillips appears to have moved to Douglas Co., MO after having lived in Fulton Co., AR---grieving the loss of his wife in Fulton Co., AR. Phillips. You will find the note about his location in Douglas County, MO after living in Fulton Co., AR and also the mention of his son Zadock Phillips.
