Linda, Pardon me for asking about this. If I have understood that way these messages are gatewayed, I wonder if you won't have to contact the message board at ancestry.com to respond to the notice that you were trying to respond to. Does that seem correct to you? I know that you can access the message boards at ancestry.com without a subscription but you may have to register at the website. Going directly to that message board might get you the response that you are looking for.
