The following address is where I found both Dempsey C. Jennings and William H. Evans: http://content.ancestry.com/iexec/?htx=View&r=an&dbid=8667&iid=MOM123_30-0292&desc=Dempsey+C+Jennings&pid=280008 William H. Evans is my great-grandfather. I am asking for help in reading the notation at the bottom of the page for Line 33. As far as I can tell, this is what it says: "Post Office Address: Rome, Douglas County Missouri -- Disability Incurred: Taken prisoner and died -- Remarks: Information _______ ________ from son in law." I would appreciate any help in trying to figure out what the rest of the remarks are. I believe the "son in law" would be my grandfather, William Daniel Jennings who was married to William's and Mary's daughter, Mary Emmaline Evans. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
