I attended school there when I was a freshman in high school. I am looking for the Bradley family. Karen and Billie Jean Bradley. They would be about 62-64 years old now. They had a younger brother and sister that was about 10 years younger. They were boy/girl twins. I do not know their names. Karen and Billie Jean's father was killed about the time the twins were born, near Ozark, MO if my memory serves me correctly. During the time I knew then they lived in the country, far end of the county. They were the first students on the bus in the morning and did not get home before dark. If the roads were bad they had to stay along the route with others since their farm could not be reached. They got up and milked before getting on the school bus. I know Karen married but do not know her married name. I have tried to find them on line but the recent marriages are not listed. Nor are any phone numbers. I left and went to Alaska in 1957. The summer of 1959 they came to Springfield, MO to visit for a few days. I think it might have been their grandfather that brought them. Just don't remember. We wrote for years but over the last almost 50 years we lost touch. I was in Ava yesterday but was not able to locate them. The school we attended is gone, the house I lived in is gone. The old farm where we rented is gone and now a golf course. My father was R C Murrell and he was the school guidance counselor that year. My name was Patricia Jean Murrell when I attended school there. Funny I can't be sure of the year I attended there but believe it to be 1956-1957. Just a few years ago!
