Posted on: Douglas County, MO Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Mo/Douglas/11609 Surname: YOUNG, LOW ------------------------- This note is for LaDonna Gentry Duncan or anyone else who has information on the YOUNG family of Ozark and Douglas Counties, MO. I'm looking for information on Nancy Angeline YOUNG who married Francis Marion LOW in Ozark County in the 1870's. They had a rather large family. Their eldest child, Sarah, who died as a young child, is buried in a marked grave in the Sweeton Pond Cemetery near Dora in Ozark County. Marion and Nancy YOUNG LOW are buried at the James Cemetery in Ozark County. As I recall, Nancy died of cancer of the bone ca 1913 in Ozark County and Marion LOW died of tuberculosis of the lungs ca 1917 in Ozark County. I'm interested in learning the names of the parents and siblings of Nancy A. YOUNG LOW. Can anyone tell me if the YOUNG's of Douglas County and the YOUNG's of Douglas County were all related? I know that some of them left Ozark County and went to Lincoln County in what is now OK. Some of those YOUNG's or YOUNG descendants moved on to TX in the Corpus Christi, Beeville, Goliad, and San Antonio areas. I tried sending a note directly to LaDonna Gentry Young, but it was returned. Apparently, she has changed internet service providers. If anyone has her current e-mail address, I would also appreciate receiving that. Thanks very much for any help.
