Next door to several Parkers and to Joseph and Emiline Bay I found a Ninian Bay and a Louisa in the Carroll Township, Reynolds County, Missouri 1870 census (Roll M593-803, Page 8, Dwelling 57.) It lists a Ninian (I know that he was Ninguel, but he is listed as Ninian here) and Louisa. Ninian Bay 20 years old, Farmer, Born in Missouri and Louisa Bay 18 Keeping House, born in Missouri.
