Francis at this time. I am inquiring about them for my cousin's wife as she doesn't use a computer. She knew her grandfather, Thomas Wells came from Dent County but that is all she knew about him. He married twice and her father is from his first wife, Missouri Elizabeth Francis. He became more of a remote figure to her family when Missouri Elizabeth died and he remarried. I am passing along all information to her by surface mail. She actually lives in St. Louis and I'm sure will be looking into Dent County records soon.
