Wells you are referring to in your query but I have an older Thomas H. Wells that had at least eight children with Mary E. (Jarvis?) born in Dent Co, Missouri. Two of his children married into my family tree: Sylvester E. Wells married Margaret Melinda Bryant in 1876 and William Riley Wells married Lucy Jane Welch in 1883. Your Thomas may be a cousin of their's. I'll try to find more about your Thomas and his family. I also have a Francis family connection. I'd love to hear from you and share more information.
