You can find them in Elk Co, KS in 1900 (indexed as Jennie) and then in Independence, Montgomery Co, KS from 1910 - 1930. The children listed on various rootsweb databases for Mary Jane Galpin & Pete Harlow appear to be the children of Janie & Samuel.
