Researching the following surnames in Livingston, Grundy, and Daviess counties, Missouri: WARNES/WARRENS/WARREN - 1848 through early 1900s STEVENS/STEPHENS - before 1850 through 1920s HARRIS - 1830s through early 1900s EMBREY/EMBRY - 1830s through early 1900s Above dates are when I know they were in that part of Missouri. 1. Nancy BRADFORD BLACKBURN HOOTEN, b White Co., TN, living with Wright & Elizabeth (Blackburn) TAYLOR in 1870, Daviess Co. She d 1872, buried in DeKalb Co. Several brothers BRADFORD lived in DeKalb Co. Nancy BRADFORD & (??) BLACKBURN had 3 known children, Elizabeth, William and Thomas. 2. Elizabeth BLACKBURN md. Wright TAYLOR, 1844, they raised their family near Winston, Daviess Co. I believe they are buried in Daviess Co. 3. William BLACKBURN md Sabra WATSON, they lived in Daviess Co. at different times. At one time William owned land near Wright TAYLOR, 1 child born in 1852 and another born in 1865 at Jamesport. One of William's sons, Daniel M BLACKBURN md. Nora Alene GREYBILL in Daviess Co. 1891 at Gallatin.
