Marilyn and others, I would send the newsletter via email, but would use the data processing program that I have. I would then send it out via email in the TEXT file format as an attachment. I would need to know what data processing program most people have so that they could open the attachment, particularly if they couldn't open the TEXT file attachment. I would send in attachment so that I wouldn't lose the formatting in the newsletter. Lanita
