Kathryn, Charles HALL is the editor of our DCGS Newsletter, "Daviess Diggin's". I am the President and have tried to submit privately the articles for the newsletter only to have his emails bounce. Contacting him via the mailing list has been the only way to communicate to him when he doesn't get my emails. Sorry I wasn't clearer.
