Albert had sons, Eugene, Orry and Arling. Henry is listed as Albert's father. I believe Henry is my gggg grandfather who was born in Virginia in 1803, married a Sarah or Sally Porter. Henry's sons were Albert (b. in Michigan in 1846), James, Edwin and my ggg grandfather William (b. in Ohio in 1827). Albert's wife was Lucy or Mary and they were living near Gallatin, Daviess, Mo. William's son was Arling Clay, my gg grandfather, who was born in Michigan, lived in Iowa and then in Douglas and Polk Co., Missouri. He died in Kansas City in 1917. Arling married Hannah Janet Hagerman. This family is in Bessie Selleck's book, "Early Settlers of Douglas County, Missouri", written in 1952. A Michael family member has given me info on this family back to Germany. Thanks for any additional info on this Michael family.
