Hello Cousins - This obituary is of Safronia Ann "Fronie" Brundridge who married Columbus Madison "Lum" Hoover on October 17, 1889, in Dallas County, Missouri. Source: The Fresno Bee, Fresno, Cal., Wed. Dec. 10, 1952 Selma - Funeral services will be held at 2 PM tomorrow in the J. L. Robinson Chapel for Mrs. Frona Ann Hoover, 81, who died yesterday in a Reedley hospital. Burial will be in the Mendocino Cemetery. Mrs. Hoover, a native of Missouri, had lived in the Parlier district 35 years. Surviving are her husband, C. M. Hoover; three daughters, Mrs. Alice Stever of Exeter, Mrs. Ada Dooley of Reedley, Mrs. Verna Pike of Fresno; five sons, William Hoover of Lindsay, Jay Hoover of Atwood, Jesse, Verle and Tony Hoover of Woodlake; two sisters, Mrs. Cora Bills and Mrs. Susan Fultz, both of Missouri; 27 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
