Alexander married Julia Melvina HOWE, daughter of John Henry HOWE and Paulina James A. TULLEY, on 26 Nov 1905 in Dallas, Missouri. Julia was born Feb 1880 in Washington, Dallas, Missouri. They had the following children: 2 F i Mable HOOVER was born 1911 in Butte, South Dakota. 3 F ii Nellie HOOVER was born 1913 in Butte, South Dakota.
