DONA (POWELL) MADDUX Dona Elizabeth Maddux, 82, formerly of Coffeyville, Kansas, passed away Saturday, October 19, 1985 in Dallas, Texas, where she had made her home for the past 10 years. Mrs. Maddux was born, November 19, 1902 in Buffalo, MO, to Arch and Fern (Skaggs) Powell. She grew up and attended school in Buffalo. On March 1, 1921 she married Ola Benton Maddux in Buffalo, and they moved to Coffeyville, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, her parents, three sisters and one brother. Survivors include a daughter, Wilma Margaret Young of Irving, texas; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held in Edgewood Chapel in Coffeyville Tuesday, October 22, 1985. Interment was in Fariview Cemetery. Maxine in California with roots in Buffalo
