Hi, Since I am new on this list, I'd thought I'd mention the surnames that I am researching. Those who were in Dade and Dallas Counties were siblings of my ggggrandparents, Welcome K. BENNETT (1820-1860) and Elizabeth "Betsy" STOGSDILL (1825-aft. 1880). So, I am researching on that line: COUCH, STOGSDILL/STOCKSTILL/STOGSDALE, BENNETT, I also have connections to: TAYLOR, BEASON, JUSTICE also found in both Counties. All of the above surnames had kin that moved back to Oregon County, MO. If you find that you have a connection to that county also, I do have the census for 1850-1900, the marriage listings found in the county marriage books for 1845-1890, as well as the cemetery book.
