Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Lindley Cemetery under direction of Cantlon Otterness Funeral Home, Buffalo. Friends may call Monday in the funeral home. Franklin C. Steele, 56 LEBANON - Mr. Franklin C. Steele, Lebanon, a retired handyman, died at 6 p.m. Friday in St. John's Regional Health Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Colonial Funeral Chapel with burial in Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral chapel.
