Was there any connection to William J. McClure, b. about 1849 in Tennessee? I have that this William was married to Delilah Anderson. In the 1900 census William J. McClure is living in north central Lawrence Co., close to the Dade Co. line. In the 1910 census he is listed as the father-in-law in the household of Sam Hill in Smith Township, Dade Co. William J. McClure had a granddaughter, Susie McClure, who married into my Bowerman family. Lynda
