I have obtained much information on the Stockton lineage from FamilySearch, the LDS site. Yes, I have been told that Sarah was of Cherokee heritage but has never been proven. There is a Richard Stockton of New Jersey who has done considerable research re: Sarah, and cannot come up with any documentation. How he obtained an exact birthdate for her I do not know (24 Apr 1793) and I have not been able to get an answer from that site. I too have the listing of all persons buried at the Stockton Family Cemetery. Would you please answer and give me the descendancy of Andrew Jackson Stockton to add to my information. Thank you.
