This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Soc. pres. and she checked on it. I also asked her about what school books are available and here is what she wrote: Hi: I found out Harry was superintendent of school in Everton. Ist listing of him in the enumeration is when he was 14 and Zora the same year listed as 16. Found him graduating in 1907, couldn't find when Zora graduated but she had a teacher's contract there in 1910 and 1911. --All from the Everton School book we have published. Other Riley's and Criswell's were also listed as board members. All the records were not in the book only the ones they were able to find when they did the book. I checked the different year books of Greenfield and another early book that listed graduates and did not find Zora. I also checked a couple of the surrounding school books and didn't find either name. Everton School was formed in 1897 apparently. Harry also gave the Graduation Address in 1937. Thanks. Betty Hi: the schools near Everton were Henry, Scott, Ray Springs, Grove, Silver Star. All 2-4 miles south or East of Everton. Everton Book is 1898- 1935 I think. We have books on all but Scott and Silver Star. I will check names in them tomorrow. The grandparents were not listed as 1904 Grads of Greenfield. I Checked the paper I had. Betty. The Gen. Soc. has gathered as many of the old records as possible and complied them into books. That is what the last email is about.
