    3. There were a ton of Williams. Nancy Cantrells's father was Peter Cantrell. Mother possibly was Elizabeth. Nancy's name was Elizabeth Nancy and she married at Peter Cantrell's home in 1854 in Dade. She married William Wan Stockton, son of Isaac D. Stockton and Hulda Smith Stockton.     3. Hi; In regards to Nancy Cantrell, I am related to Peter Cantrell. Nancy's brother, Richard Cantrell was my ggrandfather. Peter Cantrell( son of Benjamin Cantrell and Charity Legat.) was married to Mary Elizabeth "Polly" Davis b. 1801 Spartanburg Co, SC. ( There were many siblings) Nancy Cantrell was born Bet. 1834-1835 in Warren Co, TN She married William W. Stockton, son of Isaac Stockton and Hulda Smith. William was born in1836 in Missouri and died Aft. 1870 in poss Lawrence Co MO Child of Nancy Cantrell and William Stockton is John Franklin Stockton, born 1856 in Missouri, died Bet 1920-1930 in prob Lawrence Co He married Charity C Simpson Sept 06, 1874.
