William was born in McMinn Co, TN. Benjamin Wasson was from Buncombe Co, NC and is on the 1820 census there. His father was Henry Wasson and Mary (Unknown). He had at least one brother, William Wasson. My guess is that your Nancy is the daughter of Hamilton Wasson and Isabella (Unknown) on the 1850 Henderson County, NC census. Note this family got enumerated twice on the 1850 census for Henderson Co, NC. The two families are related Hamilton is probably a cousin of William. Charles
