He was the son of: John Jackson and Mary Mitchell Shipley. B:Aug 06, 1844 in Tennessee. D:May 06, 1911. Both are resting in the Wetzel Cemetery on BB Highway just about 3~4 miles from Greenfield, Dade, Missouri. (Just a few yards of the HWY in a field of sorts. Ephriam served his country by enlisting in the 8th Missouri Vol. Cav., Company M and was Honorably discharged as a Corpral. 1890 lived in Center TWP Dade County, Missouri. Matilda Emmaline Medlin B:July 20, 1857 in Dade County, Missouri D:November 14, 1937 Bartlesville, Okelsbee, Oklahoma and was burried (there I presume in a local cemetery I haven't had a chance to track that lead down for sure). She was the child of, Allen H. and Lucinda Carman Medlin and of course a sister to Mary Elizabeth. She Married William Jasper Shipley on August 23, 1871 in Dade County, Missouri. He was the son of, Tidence and Lucinda A. Michell Shipley. Born on Oct. 21, 1849 in Warren County, Tennessee D: Oct. 19, 1895. Burial is in the Wetzel Cemetery.. as is his parents. Just a qiuck note of wisdom.. the cemetery notes list him as being William Joseph Shipley. 45y 11m 28d. Hope this helps. Mark
