hello list- i am wondeing if any one has access to a county historybook and would check if William J Dobbs, son of Rev George Washington Dobbs. he was born in Kentucky ( 1874) was :ast seen in the 1880 census, Neoga, Cumberland IL. i am hoping to :ocate him in the 1900. 1910. 1920 and possibly in the 1930. thanks for any help.
