Billy, If he had a Will which was probated, it would be on file with the Probate Court at the Crawford County Courthouse in Steelville, Missouri. The 1928 death certificate would need to be ordered from Jefferson City, Missouri. You can get a death certificate from the Health Department in Crawford County, but it wouldn't contain as many details as the one from Jefferson City contains.
