OK, Now to the bad news..... Had major Computer crash last year in November and lost a lot of information even though I backed everything up on disks. Old computer was Windows 98 and New computer is Windows XP. Anyway.... All my Colliers came from Letcher County, Kentucky. The first I can remember is Preston Hamilton Collier (my gg grandfather) and 1818-1864 d. St Louis, MO. m. Rebecca Sherrill (sp) Richmond Collier (my gg grandmother) d Wise County, Tx. They had several children one of whom was my g grandfather, Frank Preston Blair Collier (Ky>Mo>TX & eventually settled in Wise County, Tx) and one of his daughters my grandmother, Frank Myrtle Collier (Female) b. Wise county,Texas 1890 d. Dallas,Texas 1952. Do you have any info on this line, or have I given you enough info? Most of this info is from memory (which isn't getting much better with the years!)
