Jesse T., the son of Joseph and [Sarah E .(?) ?] married Minnie Ann NELSON, the daughter of William Nelson, a brother to my great grandfather Joseph Nelson (1880 Carroll Township, Reynolds County 492A) and (E)stella JENKINS, a sister to my great grandmother Cornelia Jenkins. Jesse and Minnie are enumerated as empty nesters in 1930 Bunker Town, Carroll Township, Reynolds County Sheet 2A after their son "Loyd" Cottrell and his wife Elsie HOGAN Cottrell. It appears that Joseph Cottrell could have family nearby in 1880.
