John W. Bridwell & wife Lourana(Yoakley) moved to Crawford about 1856. Lourana, sons George and Decalo died there before 1870. John remarried in Crawford co., he married Charity Emeline Dixon 31 Oct 1867 and they then moved to Howell Co, MO. When John died Charity Emeline married Samuel Burton in Washington Co.MO. Several of John's children had married and remained in Crawford. John Mitchell married first Hanna Bridwell and after she died married her sister Lourana Bridwell. Eliza married Charles H.
