Joseph and Ida May Ratliff were married 19 March 1871 in Hamilton Co., IL. Her parents were William and Sarah Deitz Ratliff. Thomas A. was born in Van Buren Co., TN on 28 April 1846 to Preston and Susan Hutson Dulany. Thomas and Cynthia Dulany are buried in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Dahlgren, IL. A picture of Thomas and his brothers can be found in a book Preston and Susan Hutson Dulany 1800-1993 available in some libraries, including two in St. Louis, MO with large genealogy sections.
