The people you write about are all related to me some way I believe. Jacob Mayens is the brother of John Bernard. Jacob married Margaret DeCotes and John married Margret Bruns. Somewhere I have seen a good article about Jacob Mayens. I'll need to go look again. Childeren of Jacob was Peter C. and Emma. John had many children including Mary Mayens who married Joseph Delong. I believe the Fred (Frederick Joseph) and Peter Delong are two of the sons of Joseph. I also have copies of their World War 1 Registration Cards including their brother Herman Delong.
