Cross, son of James H. Cross by an unknown wife previous to his marriage to Rebecca Vaughn Johnson Swearingen. I am descended through Calvin W. and wife Elizabeth Jane (Jones) Cross' daughter Matilda Emaline Cross. I do not know whether Matilda had any brothers or sisters.
