I have never found the parents of Benjamin Upton or Minerva Scott but we have parents of Hiram Tillman Henderson as Hiram and Lovina (Brown) Henderson. These were up in Western IN 1840 Census and probably earlier. The Campbells were supposed to be in Warren County as the Upton and Scotts were also in KY before moving to Cole County, MO.
