Does someone have access to marriage records that could look up for me William Samuel Tagart (was called Samuel) m) Julia Pare McKee May 1853 first marriage bride in question would be a second marriage: Josephine Barger Redmon M) 1977 or 1978 (may be Redmond) or was it Sarah Joanna Pebly or Pebley m) Jul 1878 Sarah is the one I find in a few yrs census records but family members think it was Josephine.     3. This is their web site: http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/ I find it a little confusing to navigate, so persevere. This should answer all you questions. They have a good deal of information available on line. The biggie is death certificates available on line. Also veteran records are quite useful. She died in 2002 and my sister and me wanted to find her family just to see what our ancestry was. The name on her adoption papers was Nellie Abeln born March 28th 1912. Her adoptive parents named her Daisy Marie Perry. The story handed down was that Mrs. Abeln ,who was pregnant with Nellie, husband was killed in a train wreck ( around 1911 or 1912) and as she had six other children she had to give her baby girl up for adoption. These are the only clued that we have. If this story rings a bell with anyone please let me know.

Cole County Democrat August 4, 1905 page 1 Mrs. Julia Walther Dead. Mrs. Julia Walther, died Monday morning at her home near Ewing Station, aged 78 years. Her death was due to a complication of maladies incident to old age. She was a resident of this county nearly all her life, having come here from Austria in 1842. She was the mother of John and Frank Walther. The funeral will take place at Schubert’s at 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, and the interment will follow in the Lutheran cemetery at that place.

    3. I looking for information on my John Smith family. I know John wife Mariah died Sep t. 25, 1909 and is burie in Brazeto Cem there son Charles is also buried there he died in 1905. There is not a list of people buried in the cem on the internet. Could someone tell me if any other Smith are buried in the Brazeto Cem. John had a son Ira who married a lady by the name of Lucy E census say she was born in Missouri can anyone tell me if they were married in Cole Co.
