Hannah Mary Schmidt-Smith Livingston is in my line.. her daughter Margaret born 1812 married John McKown..the Livingston and McKown families settled in Clay county about three miles apart in the early 1820's.. I am also told they all came out together from Kentucky/Tenn.. by wagon.. three of these Livingston siblings married three McKowns.. Have you checked out the Robert Davis on the 1900 census in District 9, Hudson, Bates Co MO, with wife and several children? He is a widow in the same town on the 1910 census. Was unable to find any probate records from her death in Clinton Co. Missouri. Have hit a dead end with her maiden name.
