Hello, I'm wondering if anyone might have or know of the best place to find information on my great-uncle Fremont "Monty" DALE who was a professional boxer in the 1920s from Fishing River township. He was supposed to have been very good, almost a champion and I'm told a lot of Clay county residents went to see his matches. He was nearly killed in a match, but I don't know when or what year this might have happened. I would like to track down newspaper clippings or other information on him and his career, as well as his brother Albert Dale, who was my grandfather and also a professional boxer for a time.
