My parents and grandparents are have all passed on. I am trying to find out where the name Porter came from. Do you recgonize any of these names? Willis Green, Henry R. Green, Martin Ball Green, Polly Mary Smart, Emily R Adair. I know that our Green family orginated in England and moved to Virginia and from there to Mississippi.
