Chris, I have it on two old maps I have of Clay. It appears to be an old RR town. It is located at Township 51 North, Range 50 West, looks like in Section 1. It is directly south of Excelsior Springs. Both maps show the railroad going south out of Excelsior Springs through Miltondale and joining east-west RR at what is called Excelsior Springs junction. Miltondale is south of Fishing River (the river) and the junction is due east on Missouri City. The east-west RR was called the Wabash RR, one of three in Clay on one map. The other map shows the route that goes north thru Miltondale as "Abandoned". I suspect there may still be a sign on the old tracks with the towns name, something common in the area. If you have a name, I could look at the Original Land Grants book I have to see if it is there.
