Box 99, Liberty, MO 64069 Telephone 816-781-3611 FAX 816-781-3611 The have the complete probate packets and will copy them for you. You want the probate not just a will if there is one. If they do not have one check with the Clay County Court House. Sometimes wills were written in I believe the old deed books the county has. I had one family member who had a old will written in those records, but I found it in a copy that someone else had already found... think it was deeds. They should have a name index on the records so if you have a name and time period they should be able to find it for you. The historical society might have a name index for the deeds, they have loads of records. What names are you researching?
