Robert CARUTHERS, a farmer who lives near Liberty, Mo., was struck by a car while driving on the right of way of the Excelsior Springs Line near the Sears, Roebuck & Co. Building in North Kansas City about 9:30 o'clock last night. He was cut about the face.
