    1. Old New Garden Church
    2. Christine Dale
    3. Help! I've written the Old New Garden Primitive Baptist Church in Excelsior Springs twice and both letters came back. I think I must need a P.O. Box? I've tried a number of times to call the church but there isn't any answer and no answering machine. Does anyone know the full mailing address or what office hours are? This is really driving me nuts!!! Thank you! Christine Dale Coggon, Iowa

    1. Re: [MOCLAY] Missouri cemetery lookups
    2. I have a "new" book that has listings of cemeteries for 26 Missouri counties, including Jackson and Clay counties. If you want me to do a look up, send me the name. (Death would have to have occurred before 1981.) Thank you for your kind offer. I am looking for ANY information regarding George Hughes, born in Pennsylvania about 1850. Family relocated to Illinois about 1857, and an 1889 probate file shows George Hughes living in Linden, Clay County. That's the last record I have ever been able to find of him. Any help over this brick wall would be appreciated. Regards, Mike Johnston Oswego, IL

Surnames: Smith Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/hMB.2ACI/85.1.2.1.1 Message Board Post: John, I've look at my info including old printouts and old source info and I can't find that I've ever showed Robert Smith as being born in Clay Co, MO! However, I do have info from sources that indicates that Syntha Pryor was born in Clay Co, MO. The only census record we have for Robert Smith with his wife is the 1860 which lists him as born in VA. So, I don't think I ever had him listed as being born in Clay Co, MO unless I made an error that I don't know about. Still, I wonder about your Civil War reference. How do you know that "he served in the 43rd Missouri Infantry" and that he "apparently died in Texas while still in the army about 1865"? I have corresponded will Kathy Fuller and she does not have any additional info on Robert Smith. Do you have any military records for Robert Smith? Thanks, -Doug Vaughn.

    1. Minerva (Marley) Fuller
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/hMB.2ACI/940 Message Board Post: Seeking information on Minerva Margaret (Marley) Fuller. b. in Missouri 1889. Died in Missouri 1921. I'm seeking specific date/place of birth & death/burial. I know that she married Edward Lawrence Fuller May 12, 1912 in St. Joseph, MO. Together they had two daughters: Velma Juanita Fuller & Edna Lavieta Fuller. Both girls were born in St. Joseph, MO & were placed in an orphanage there upon their mother's death at age 32. I have thus far focused my search in Buchanan County, St. Joseph, MO area, quite unsuccessfully I might add. However, I recently came across a distant cousin who said he vaguely remembered Minerva being buried at the Old Union Christian Union graveyard near Rayville, MO. We checked the graveyard to no avail. Can anyone tell me if Minerva Fuller is indeed buried there? Are there any records of Minerva Fuller in the Ray/Clay county area? Does anyone have info on this individual? --Angela Pace
