Hezekiah Smallwood said I want my daughter Elizabeth Smallwood to have all my goods property moneys & effects after my death, said effects & effects after my death Said effects consisting of 2 cows 2 calves one note against Johnathan Webster calling for the Sum of fifty dollars bearing interest at the rate of 10 per cent - per annum & an open account against Francisco Stump for the sum of 20 dollars. also his crop consisting of one & one half acres of corn in the field.
