Joseph Henry Ainsworth would have been my first cousin, three times removed. Here is what I have for him: Joseph Henry Ainsworth, born May 1854 in Tennessee (from the 1900 census). Married to Sitha J Smith on 28 September 1886 in Clark County, MO. Sitha was born June 1869 in Indiana (from the 1900 census). They had one child, but I do not know the name nor if male/female.
