Thanks for this information on the Falkenburg family in Clark MO 1880s. Marilyn Williams, on 19 Apr 1999, posted lengthy mess to the Malone board. She writes that "Effie Malone (underage; father: Larkin Malone) m. Robert E. Falkenburg, 17 Sep 1892." Larkin Malone married Rhoda Rusher; Rhoda, 1838-1887, is buried Oakland cemetery, Lee, Iowa. These people lived in Keokuk, Lee, IA from the 1890s until death. Effie M Falkenburg and her sister, Ellie M Hummer, lived within a block of my family. Olive Pearl Malone, who married Charles LeRoy "Roy" Laws, lived across the street from Ellie. Olive, 1883-1944, is buried with Roy and their daughter Mildred I., in Oakland cemetery (online at rootsweb.), Keokuk. Ellie's son Lester is listed in the Hummer message board. Her daughter Ruby Mae died before 1937, she married Harold Roberts; they lived Talmadge (Akron) Ohio. Ruby left three children: two boys, and the younger daughter, Marian E. Harold married 2) Doris Laws, dau of Olive and Roy Laws, abt 1938. Two more children were born.. I welcome all info and speculation and advice on this family.
