    3. Aloha Tim and All on the Clark List: Since I won't be dropping in on the Clark County Museum any time soon, I would like to know more about all of the wonderful records! How far back do the obits go? I am looking for my GG GF's obit--the microfilmed newspapers don't go back that far, but am hoping that they might be in the museum records. Wolfe Cemetery Des Moines Twp. Section 8 St. Francisville, MO Cemetery Inscriptions of Clark County, MO Compiled by Dunlap & Walker 1974 Page 140 SMALLWOOD, Hezekiah, d Sept 8 or 18, 1869, ages 70 yrs, 1 mo, 18 days Do you all think that there would be a Will or Probate record for Hezekiah? Don't know where his widow, Elizabeth, is on the 1870 Census. I have chased them all over KY to MO, so hope to find out more details. Any other ideas? His son, John Riley SMALLWOOD is on the 1870 Clark Census and John's son, Henry Everett SMALLWOOD was born in St. Francisville in 1865. John's wife, Minerva, who d. 1868 and another son, Thomas who d. 1870 are buried in the Old Prairie Cemetery. Then today, I received the CW military record for Wilkinson SMALLWOOD, who I hope is my family, and his money was sent to widow, Catherine, in St. Francisville in 1863. Think I have found her in 1870 Census as Sarah Catherine Payne with two daughters back in Schuyler County where some of the families were in 1860. Thank you all so very much for helping me.
