Hi List, I hope someone can help. I have copies of two obituaries. I do not know the names of the newspapers. First one is for a death on 6-29-1914 in Kahoka, Clark Co. Written down the side of the paper is; CCC 7-3-1914. Does anyone know what the CCC might mean? Second one is for a death on 7-14-1943 in Kahoka, Clark Co. Written above is 7-23-1943. The first obit is for Isaac Greathouse and the second is for Mrs. Berry A. Boone. I would appreciate any help in identifying what newspapers these obit were published. Thank you, Carol Greathouse
I'm just guessing but CCC could be Clark County Courier...have you been in touch with the historical society?? If no one on the list can answer conclusively, that would be my next step.
