Blanche was born in June 1894 to Isaac (Jr.) & Annie Allen in Missouri, I'm guessing around Webster County. She married Frank Bilyeu on 21 Dec 1913, information taken from the Christian County marriage records. I have the census record for 1920 - MO/Christian/North Galloway/pg 230a - Henry F., age 46; Blanch, age 24; Elene age 2-2/12; and Verland, age 9/12. I couldn't find Henry F. and Blanche Bilyeu on the 1930 census until I was looking for Blanche's other siblings and I found that she had married a J.J. Rhodes (spelled Rhodel on the census). I found them in the 1930 census - MO/ Christian/ Finley/ pg 62b. Along with J. J. and Blanche (age 33 - 1st marriage was @ age 17 - 1913) was Elene Bilyeu, stepdaughter, age 12; Verlin Bilyeu, stepson, age 11; and Kathlene Bilyeu, stepdaughter, age 7. I looked in the Christian county marriage records and found that J. J. Rhodes and Blanche Bilyeu married on 21 Nov 1925. I then looked up and found that Henry F. Bilyeu died on 18 June 1923. That's about all the information I have on Henry F. Bilyeu and Blanche Allen. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures! How are you related to Henry & Blanche? Blanche's father, Isaac Allen and my great grandfather William L. Allen were brothers. Let me know if you want anything else on the Allen side of the family, because I have information on her parents and grandparents and all of her siblings and families.
