This address ends in a file name and " .pdf ". When you see a file name that ends in ".pdf" it means that it's an Adobe Acrobat file. You need to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader ( http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html ) program in order to read these files. This should install a 'plugin' into your web browser that'll allow you to view these files in your web browser as well as in the Acrobat Reader program. Good Luck, Rob

Hi Rob, I've had Acrobat reader for years, but on Web sites, when I click on a "result" of a search, if it needs PDF, I still get a download of Acrobat Reader, a waste of time. Can you tell us how to get around this annoying time wasting feature?
