When you download and install Acrobat Reader, there are two portions of the install - the stand alone reader, and the browser add-in. It sounds like you are missing the browser add-in portion. Or perhaps you are using a non-standard browser that doesn't support the add-in. What is your browser and version? You can find this by clicking on Help/About from the browser menu. > -----Original Message----- > From: JA [mailto:[email protected]] > Sent: Tuesday, May 06, 2003 8:48 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: [MOCHRIST] PDF(acrobat Reader) > > > Hi Rob, > I've had Acrobat reader for years, but on Web sites, when > I click on a "result" of a search, if it needs PDF, I still > get a download of Acrobat Reader, a waste of time.
