I went back and looked in Stephenson again. The county in which he listed Self Cemetery was Dade County, not Barry County. Even there, the location is all question marks, indicating that it was reported but not specifically located. The Possum Trot in Laclede County is also called Mount Zion and is Section 24 of 33N 17 W. Nonetheless, the names you report may indeed have been used for Union Ridge since so many cemeteries accumulate multiple names.
